About this newsletter

Your body carries messages – Chinese medicine helps us listen.
Here you’ll find writings, reflections, and monthly workbooks that weave together medicine, philosophy, and everyday life – for those who want to understand the body more deeply, live in rhythm with the seasons, and create lasting change from within.

  • I write about:
Chinese medicine (Five Elements, organs, emotions, constitution)

  • Monthly workbooks with exercises & journaling prompts

  • Food, lifestyle & seasonal guidance

  • Life as a whole: health, healing, relationships, rhythm

Who am I?

I’m a trained practitioner of Chinese medicine and have worked in this field professionally for over ten years. In my clinical practice, I primarily use acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.

What drives me – also here on Substack – is making the deep knowledge of Chinese medicine truly accessible, so that transformation can happen even outside the treatment room. For me, it’s not about treating more people – it’s about more people having tools to understand themselves.
